Leona Walter is Senior Artist & Label Manager at Bamboo Artists, where she oversees product management for acts like Zartmann, Sampagne, and Aaron. She works closely with Ski Aggu and Zartmann – two artists carving out their own unique paths in the industry. Leona also advocates for diversity in music and organises a yearly FLINTA* artist camp. Her previous roles at Sony and Universal give her a solid foundation in strategic development and creative release planning.

Jörg Hellwig brings decades of label experience to the table. As former CEO of Electrola (Universal Music), he played a crucial role in shaping the success of numerous German top acts. With deep knowledge of the market and a strategic approach to artist and repertoire development, he has significantly influenced many careers.

Sebastian Schweizer is co-founder of the independent label Chimperator and one of the key figures behind CRO’s success – guiding him from the very beginning. His strong sense for artist development and brand-building helped lead CRO to multiple number-one singles and albums. With years of experience as a manager and label head, Schweizer knows how to balance creative freedom with strategic vision.

Mariama Jalloh is a singer-songwriter, producer, and boundary-pusher, weaving together soul, folk, pop and West African roots. Born in Freetown and raised in Cologne, she blends sound, heritage and purpose. Mariama has performed with Brothers Keepers, toured with Max Herre, and released two albums – all while staying fiercely independent. Her music is both personal and political – delicate yet powerful. She builds bridges between worlds and shows what empowerment sounds like when it sings.
