Superbusen

Director Kathrin Brune adapted Paula Irmschler’s novel »Superbusen« for Theater Chemnitz as a staged musical road trip. The band formed for the production – featuring Heidi Enderlein, Kati Hollstein and Jenny Kretschmar – tackles themes such as the power of friendship, love, sex, alcohol, parties, university life, Nazis and protests with humour, self-irony and euphoria. All of it unfolds against the backdrop of Chemnitz.
