As part of the exhibition »Heavy Metal in the GDR« at the Museum in der Kulturbrauerei, Sam Zamrik and Serkan Deniz join curator Franziska Gottschling for a conversation that broadens the view on the genre. Drawing on personal experiences and wider social contexts, they reflect on their perspectives of metal – both as a musical form of expression and as a social community.
