Liv Oddman

One of the most exciting musicians in France doesn’t come from Paris or Marseille – but from the quiet city of Lyon. Producer, songwriter, and performer Liv Oddman doesn’t follow pop conventions – instead, he approaches his songs intuitively. On his debut EP »Saha«, released in 2024 on KASANOSTRA, Oddman combined precise beats with emotional vocals, atmospheric textures, and tension-filled lyrics. His approach to worldbuilding, as he describes it, is inspired by artists like Tyler, The Creator and Childish Gambino – but interpreted through a distinctly French lens. The EP’s title comes from the Sanskrit word »Saha«, meaning both »endurance« and »trial« – a fitting choice, as each song represents a deep and intimate exploration of past, present, and future. This is what chanson sounds like today. Liv Oddman delivers a performance where everything clicks into place – beats, lighting, and movement choreography. He not only writes and produces his own songs, but also creates all his videos and show elements himself.
