Gut Health

While many bands were slowed down by Covid-19, for Gut Health, everything began with the pandemic. Athina Uh-Oh and Martin Markmann from Melbourne made the most of the lockdown and formed a band with four friends. In 2022, they released their debut EP »Electric Party Chrome Girl«, which received euphoric reviews and quickly gained attention far beyond Australia. Their irresistible blend of post-punk, experimental dance beats, and call-and-response vocals was honed on their follow-up album »Stiletto«, released last year. After a major tour supporting Queens Of The Stone Age and POND, Gut Health performed at a festival in Hamburg in summer 2024 – hosted by FC St. Pauli. Now, the six-piece is ready to bring their high-energy sound to Berlin!
